Security

Neurovia takes the security of call data and firm information seriously. Here's how we approach it — described honestly, without claiming certifications we don't currently hold.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) between callers, our voice infrastructure, and storage systems. Data at rest in our database is encrypted using our storage provider's standard encryption.
Access Controls
Access to Firm Client data and call recordings is restricted to authorized personnel and systems necessary to operate the service. Firm Clients can only access their own data through the client portal.
Infrastructure
Neurovia's platform is built on established, widely-used infrastructure providers (including Supabase for data storage) that maintain their own security and compliance programs. If/when Neurovia obtains any formal certification such as SOC 2, add it here with the actual certificate or audit reference.
Call Recording Handling
Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are only accessible to your firm and the minimal set of Neurovia systems and personnel required to deliver the service.
Incident Response
In the event of a security incident affecting Firm Client or Caller data, Neurovia will notify affected Firm Clients as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable law.
