Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Neurovia Systems Inc. ("Neurovia," "we," "us") provides after-hours voice intake infrastructure for law firms ("Firm Clients"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Who This Applies To
This policy covers (a) Firm Clients who use our platform, and (b) individuals who call a Neurovia-powered phone line or submit information through it ("Callers"). Callers interact with our Firm Clients' intake systems, not with Neurovia directly as their attorney or service provider.
2. Information We Collect
- From Callers: name, contact information, and details voluntarily provided during a call (e.g., incident description, injury information, location). Calls may be recorded and transcribed for intake and quality purposes.
- From Firm Clients: business contact information, billing details, and configuration preferences.
- Automatically: basic website analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via standard web tools.
3. Call Recording Disclosure
Calls to Neurovia-powered lines may be recorded and processed by automated voice AI for the purpose of intake, quality assurance, and service improvement, consistent with applicable law. By calling a Neurovia-powered line, you acknowledge that your call may be recorded and processed by automated voice AI systems for the purposes of intake, quality assurance, and service improvement, consistent with applicable law.
4. How We Use Information
- To operate the voice intake service and route qualified information to the relevant Firm Client
- To improve call handling accuracy and system performance
- To communicate with Firm Clients about their account
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
5. Who We Share Data With
We share data with:
- The Firm Client the Caller contacted (the substantive purpose of the service)
- Service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate the platform, including Vapi (voice orchestration), Deepgram (speech-to-text), Cartesia (text-to-speech), Anthropic (language model processing), Supabase (data storage), and n8n (workflow automation). Each processes data only as needed to perform their function.
We do not sell Caller or Firm Client data to third parties.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Neurovia is incorporated in Canada and serves customers in the United States. Data may be processed and stored in both countries. As Neurovia is incorporated in Canada and serves clients in the United States, your information may be processed and stored in both countries, each of which maintains its own data protection standards.
7. Data Retention
We retain call data and transcripts for as long as necessary to provide the service, support the relevant Firm Client's case handling, and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at contact@accessneurovia.com to make a request.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
